NACA is an amazing program.  As a real estate agent and former mortgage rep, I can honestly say that this is without a doubt the best loan program out there.  We just bought a duplex in Oakland.  With the NACA loan we will be able to renovate the property and finally have our dream home.  Not only that but by renting out the second unit, we can subsidize our monthly payment and now our mortgage payment for a 2000 sq ft home will be less than our rent for our 600 sq ft apartment.  We are grateful for this opportunity.  i have already sent several people in to NACA and I am now looking forward to representing my clients in getting their dream home through America’s Best Home Loan!
