Bludworth – Single

I heard about NACA from an article on the Washington Post.  After being unemployed in recession, and suffering through short sale on my house, I was definitely interested.  I went online and learned more about NACA.  Although I lived almost three hours from the closest office, I drove to Jacksonville, Florida to attend the class.  I was hooked!  Everything else I could handle over the phone, email and fax, until closing.  The process took a lot of perseverance on my part, but I wanted to attain my goal of being a home owner again, and be able to get out of apartment living.  After hours of searching for a decent house, and a few tears on the way, I am now the proud owner of a lovely home in Tallahassee, Florida.  And better yet, my house payment is lower than rent!  I am forever grateful and I continue to spread the news about NACA!
