It’s been a long journey…. But now that we are finally closing, I can say it has been worth it.  We made nearly 10 offers on different homes in Lakewood, losing out for one reason or another.  It was the ultimate seller’s market.  At last we found the right home for us and successfully negotiated past the contingency phase.  there were some bumps along the road as the listing agent was not very receptive to NACA at first.  But here we are two closing date extensions later signing our closing docs on mortgage terms that can’t be beat.  Thank you NACA!
