It has been a process where we have felt blessed of getting into.  We were skeptical about NACA.  We never heard of it but gave it a try.  And Thank God we did!.  A lot of paperwork, phone calls, and emails, but at the end, all of that goes away when you are signing and buying a house at 2.25% interest rate and paying only a short amount of what you would at your own out there with other mortgage programs.  Thank you so much!
