I am happy to have purchased/ closed on my home.  The benefit of going through NACA as a program was that I was able to get a very low interest rate. I was guided by my mortgage counselor through out the process.  I would advise anyone going through the program to be prepared and diligent in providing all of the information timely and adequately.  Contact your mortgage counselor if you have questions or concerns.  It takes you and your counselors effort to see you smiling with your keys to your new home!
