After two years, I have now closed on my income property (triplex) located in East Los Angeles.  The NACA program has made me dig deep and persevere in the faces of many obstacles.  I had put in multiple offers on many properties and was rejected many times.  In the end what made it possible for me to close was the quality of people who were on my team.  These people went above and beyond the norm, the officer manger, counselor, and agent.  Without these quality, highly motivated individuals, I could not have made this dream come true.
