My experience with NACA is my first exposure to go through a mortgage process.  I have learned a lot of what it takes and I believe I gained so much out of it.  The best thing I experienced was the mental rest from an unaffordable mortgage rate through interest rate buydown.  This makes NACA special in today’s market.  Luckily I met a good counselor who helped me stay patient.  Under all pressing times I had unwavered support from him.  I appreciate all the people who were involved in my complex process.  Thank you.
