Started NACA on Nov. 4, 2016 and closed on Feb 3, 2017.  3 months from start to close.  Before I came to my appointments I made sure that I had uploaded every single thing Joaquin told me he needed.  Plus I brought in hard copies (so important).  I never took more than 24 hours to return any of my paperwork Joaquin needed.  Most of the time it was uploaded and delivered to his office within hours.  I only requested a few items from my inspection to be repaired.  Being too picky with repairs can delay your process.  I continued to follow up and made sure everything was on the right track with the loan officer and title.  Joaquin was great!  The more work you have ready for him (uploaded) the less time your appointments will be and keeps the process on track no delays.  One of the most important things is an experience realtor with NACA.  My realtor… I couldn’t have done it without her!!
