We won’t lie, NACA is a lot of work but in our opinion, well worth it.  Without NACA, buying a home simply would not have been possible at this time.  Everyone in our local office was incredibly friendly and supportive.  We would definitely recommend NACA to anyone who believes owning a home is out of their reach.  We wouldn’t sugar-coat it.  You will work.  it requires patience.  But if you stick with it, it will work out, and it will be worth it.
