NACA made our dreams come true of finally being homeowners again.  We dealt with the Baltimore office.  Ms. Cook greeted us with a smile each time we came to the office and helped us with anything we needed.  Our counselor Nicole Williams was God sent.  Nicole was our biggest advocate and worked diligently through out the whole process.  She answered every email from us, and there were many, in a timely manner and stayed on top of getting every condition addressed.  Every person we dealt with at NACA including the HAND dept, processing dept, as well as the title company were so helpful and all worked together for one end goal, and now we are Homeowners!!  We can never thank you all enough!!  Thank you so much!!
