If it wasn’t for NACA and their great organization I would not own my house, for this past year. I had an unfortunate situation related to the last recession and had to close down my business. I addition I had to declare bankruptcy & had my house foreclosed by the bank. Without going into all the traumatic details, I would still be renting a condo rather than getting back into the market & being able to purchase a brand new home.
NACA demands a lot of financial & fiscal disciple and as a previous home and business owner, I can appreciate that. It was worth all the record collecting & monthly financial reporting, to be able to get back to being a proud home owner again.
These guys were great to work with. They spelled out exactly what it would take to achieve a bank loan/mortgage. After only a few months we were approved for a low interest loan with no down payment (we did choose to buy down the interest rate to be able to afford a larger loan). We couldn’t have asked for more.
