I set a goal to be a homeowner in 2016.  I went to a seminar 2 years ago, retained the information I needed for first time homebuyers and motivated myself to do everything I needed to do to reach my goal.  I came in for my first meeting with my counselor, OJ, and from that point on he saw to it that I did EVERYTHING I needed to do.  he kept me informed, responded to every email.  My realtor Ms. Joan was INCREDIBLE!  She answered every phone call, text, and looked up every location I asked about.  This process was not easy, but I made it!
