My name is Sierra Dockery.  My interest rate is 5.625%.  I’m very excited. It’s a blessing. I’m grateful and I’m just, I’m overfilled with joy.   I have so much room. I’ve never had this much room and I have like a living room in my bedroom and it’s just a lot of space and I’m excited to grow there.  I’ll be paying less for my mortgage because rent is expensive right now.  I’m excited. I have my own mortgage and yes, it is less expensive.    I can stay in my home, that I can have more money to kind of do things with my children and travel because my mortgage isn’t that expensive. So, I’m just grateful and it means a lot to me.  The best part of the NACA process was when I really got clear to close. It’s a good process and it’s worth it.  Once I knew that I was clear to close I was just overfilled with joy again. It was a joyous time.

I have three kiddos and they are very excited about the home. They can’t stop talking about it. They tell all their teachers. So, everyone’s congratulating me at school when I pick them up. So, I would say they’re extremely happy.  It seems like it’s too good to be true, but it is definitely something that can happen and I would like to thank everyone in NACA and especially my realtor. He really helped me through the process and everyone in NACA, my mortgage counselor, Morio. He was awesome as well. So, everyone in NACA and my realtor, I really would like to thank them all.
