I always knew being a homeowner was for me and at the age of 27 it happened. My parents used NACA 16 years ago so there was no doubt in my mind the road I needed to go. From the initial NACA informational all the way to closing they made sure to always be present in the process. I want to toot my horn a little and say that I was definitely on top of my game and any and everything they asked of me I made sure to get done. The home buying process does not have to be stressful and hard. NACA makes sure of that. I had an amazing mortgage counselor Ms. Kimona Tolbert who also made my experience worth while. From my initial qualification meeting Nov.18, 2015 to closing Jan. 29, 2016 she was present the entire time. Being a homeowner is possible no matter the circumstances you have placed before and NACA is the way to attain it.
