My interest rate is 4.75%, I’m really happy about that and NACA, they did that. I’m so happy that we closed today and it is really indeed a good program. No Down Payment, low interest rate, no closing fees. It’s a two family home, so I’ll be living upstairs and renting all downstairs. It’s worth it for anybody who is thinking about buying a house.
